So, I am writing a blog. I've always wanted to write a blog, but never really had anything to write about. I have lately become obsessed with all of the DIY, home decor blogs out there. I have taken up a couple of my own DIY projects, but they have all been started, and none of them finished. I'll get there. I'll get motivated...at some point. But until then, I watch TV. I watch a boat load of TV, which is what ultimately prompted this her blog. I have just completed a 6 hour TV watching stint(?). I have GOT to do something else with my time. So this will be my online journal - I guess Facebook could have worked, but I wouldn't have the option to ramble on like this. Well I could, but I decided to join the cool crowd and blog instead.
Ok, so...(internet video reference), I'll have to ask Mr. what the site is again. Something about the end of the world. I remember watching it in college, when I should have been studying.

I graduated from Texas A&M a few years back (and watched internet videos of the world ending) and I am so glad I did. I really picked the school out of the thin air. I grew up in Texas, parents mandated a public school, so I just went off rumors - no direct knowledge or research was considered. I was 18, rumors are truth, always. Here are the rumors I considered: Tech was too easy to get accepted to. Angelo State was too close to home. Southwest (Texas State) was a party school. UT - I knew one preson that went there, and her roomate was lesbian. So I figured everyone was lesbian or a hippy. I didn't know any lesbians or hippies, so I didn't pick that school. And then there was A&M. The tour around campus was neat, and my best friend said she would room with me, so that's where I went. Pretty great reasons! ..... Anywho today on my News Feed, I see a lot of my fellow Aggies posting about how the Aggies are creating a wall around a funeral for a fallen soldier, because a church group wants to protest during it. It's a shame they are putting that negative energy out there, but I am glad the Aggies are working hard to defend a funeral for a man that worked more than hard for the freedom of the wierdos that are protesting his funeral.
